Mr. Rosales has nearly two decades of experience in private practice. He is fluent in Spanish and is a lifelong resident of New Mexico. He has tried several jury and bench trials in judicial districts throughout New Mexico. Mr. Rosales has also successfully arbitrated multiple third-party, medical payments, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Rosales has a broad based practice with a substantial practice base in the commercial and personal lines with an emphasis on property and casualty insurance matters. He also has administrative law experience as defense counsel in workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Rosales’ current practice areas include first party insurance matters, insurance coverage and bad faith issues, personal injury defense, and Special Investigative Unit (SIU) matters including fire/arson, theft and misrepresentation, medical payments, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and commercial and business disputes. Mr. Rosales’ practice also includes landlord/tenant disputes and family law matters including LGBT, divorce and child custody issues.
